I tried hypnosis locally with another practitioner (several sessions) a few years ago and had some positive results so decided to try it again. I had heard about Dan and decided I would try seeing him--I was very curious to see how Dan's approach might be similar or different from my first experience. I had an AMAZING experience with Dan for our first session! He was very thoughtful and present and took a lot of time to ask me a ton of questions to truly understand me and my needs. His questions were insightful and provided a lot of clarity for our experience. I saw immediate positive results and have felt so supported during some behavior changes. My second visit with Dan was equally in-depth and effective. I expected him to kind of jump right back in since we'd had our first session already, but he still took a lot of time to understand my experience after our first session and to fine-tune the next session. He also picked up on an issue related to a childhood memory that has been kind of an interrupting memory for me--I (used to) find myself replaying it over and over in my mind and that memory created a lot of negative emotions for me. Well, Dan paused when I mentioned that and led me through an exercise that completely re-categorized that memory in my brain. I can't explain it. I still have knowledge of that memory, but it's no longer something that I replay. This was an exercise we did very quickly and simply before the traditional hypnosis. The results were amazing. Today I had my third visit and AGAIN he was so thoughtful, asked so many questions and again I had a great session. I'm excited to see the results that I know will play out in the coming days and weeks. Dan also records the hypnosis session so I can listen to it nightly afterwards. Each session has been different and has helped me with different results. My experience has been heads and shoulders above my last experience. Dan is AWESOME!! If you are considering hypnosis, I highly recommend Dan--this is such a simple investment with huge returns!
